Past few days we have been busy doing photography for the North Carolina State Firemen’s Association (NCSFA). NCSFA’s Southeast Atlantic Fire & Rescue Expo (SAFRE) is held each year at the Raleigh Convention Center. This was our third year photographing it. Over the weekend, we photographed two weddings- Pranita and Shaum’s Indian wedding at the Raleigh Marriott City Center and Yogesh and Raunaq’s Indian wedding at the University Place Hilton in Charlotte NC. Remembering the fallen. Photographing the memorial service for fallen firefighters is very special to me. This year, it was all too real after listening to Fire Chief Scott Burnette and Firefighter Jay Bettencourt on how they lost Captain Jeff Bowen in a four alarm fire in Asheville.
