This was an outdoor wedding ceremony at the Brier Creek Country club. Imagine wearing black, carrying couple of cameras, flashes, and battery packs on a July afternoon under the Carolina sky! Just the thought is making me sweat again! But, it was all worth it! Shreya and Rana’s bengali wedding ceremony was beautiful, with interesting head-gears and rituals.

I was working with Prashant Shah of Prashant Video Productions. Unlike some of the other recent ceremonies (some of which lasted all day!), the ceremony was rather short. After the ceremony, we moved indoors (did someone say air-conditioning?!) for the dinner. The delicious food was served by Tamarind restaurant. Shreya and Rana made grand exit with rows of family and friends holding the sparklers. It was so much fun, couple of fire engines decided to join in…

My next projects are to work on couple of wedding albums and oil painting commissions. I have learned few lessons from my recent shoots . So, I just ordered new camera and lighting stuff. Gotta keep learning…

Ciao.
